Lapinsky, who is the executive director of the Chiropractic Care Center, located in Phoenix, Arizona.  Dr. Lapinsky said "People need to be informed about spinal impairments related to high speed and low speed impact collisions as well as more traumatic types of accidents and work comp injuries.

The web site includes spinal impairment and disability information, disability facts, news, business help and workplace advice.  DisabilityEvaluation.com also offers an "Ask The Doctor" page where people can e-mail Dr. Lapinsky their questions about spinal disability.  "We want to inform people on how we can help them with their spinal impairments and disability evaluation needs." said Dr. Lapinsky.
